Pros

Discount on furniture. Nice time off accruals but good luck using it

Cons

Walking 7-9 miles on concrete floors daily. Little chance for growth. Fear driven management style, no encouragement. HIGH staff turnover, we don’t learn new hires’ names until they make it six months

Management is great there. Always willing to support and help you achieve your goals.

Cons

-Furniture sales is tough. People are finicky -- spend 3 hours w/them picking out furniture only to call the next morning to cancel! -100% commission sales

Pros

There is no furniture retailer that drives as much traffic to there stores as Jordan's. If you work hard you can make a very good living working a 4 day work schedule. Management wants you to succeed. The sales floor is very competitive, but are all very professional.

Cons

The days are long which can take a toll on your body. At times this job is very stressful.
