They give you an old laptop and is Crome they don’t teach you how to use it either, I got an old monitor too. They spect you to learn in second , they don’t care if you laptop is not working u better make it work and communicate because then you will out!! The trainer all she does is talk about other people and how she don’t like working for jovia. I was like wow

meet wonderful people paid on time

Work early on Saturdays lazy co=workers rude managers and supervisors little compensation members feel entitled no pay for overtime for part-timers co-workers take extensive bathroom breaks leaving you to service majority of the members too much gossiping in the branches branch managers tend to be clueless mystery shop results can be biased(members may not like you) high turn- over rate

amazing co-workers, no Saturdays, paid lunch

Cons

They want hybrid only - no option to be remote, and unfortunately the pay sucks and so do the benefits, HR department is horrible, lack of career growth, a bit out dated.
