If I give this place zero stars, I would. The work environment here is terrible. They have sales goals and when you meet them, it's not enough. Being a telephone member service rep in their call center is like rowing a boat with a man who is waiting to whip your back. They punish you if you take one (yes, just one) sick day and lecture you for an hour (in private) over how you should improve yourself whether or not you have met all their goals. They have no sympathy for anyone and I even saw people crying over how they are treated by management.
