5yHello, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We are always striving to grow as an organization and employer. Based on recommendations we have received from current and former employees, we are proud to have revamped our schedules into block scheduling to help with work/life balance for our team. As an employer, we have opted to combine paid time off (PTO) and sick leave to give our employees more flexibility on how they would like to use their time off. We hope that being proactive in making these changes benefit the health and wellness of our employees and create an even stronger team moving forward.
