Poised to make the leap as the company is in a great market segment which will explode. New CEO comes from Microsoft and seems to have what it takes to move JNPR to the next level. The work culture is quite open although it could be political at times. As the company is going under a transformation right now, there are lots of opportunies to expand into different areas. The Salaries seem to be at par with if not more than other companies and the bonus program is great too. Overall, I would recommend Juniper
