Pros
It is nice to work on cutting edge technology in a very dynamic environment, where there is innovation all around. The way Juniper implements its processes was very well organized, with databases shared by many members. It really felt like there was a decent infrastructure for a company this size. For example, a lot of the coding done for the scripting was archived and could be reused by others for efficiency. Or technical presentations were recorded and employees could watch them at a later time. Also the benefits were pretty good.
Cons
I didn't like too much how sometimes Juniper was too focused on catching up with Cisco instead of being themselves and doing what they do best: excel in their technology. I felt there was also a lack of camaraderie in my group, where people were more individuals than a team, everybody working on their project, and people not reaching out for human interaction.
