Pros

Good place to start your career. But not great as a long term employee unless you're part of the upper management clique.

Cons

Upper management accepts responsibility for nothing. Zero accountability. The culture there is insane in this day and age. Very much run like a Mom and Pop shop, but too big of a company to function that way. Very dysfunctional, stressful environment.
