Horrible company to work for

Pros

This is a family run company and not even by the owners family by his employees family. They took over and promote the ones that they like and if you’re not a favorite, don’t even think about getting any type of raise any type of promotion any type of extra breaks to go hang out run errands or do whatever

Cons

This company is not worth the time they have a large building which is half empty all the time they resorted to hiring people out of state and then fire them because they’re not learning because they don’t know how to train people

- Ability to advance and work independently - Incredibly kind and supportive co-workers and leadership - Helping hospitals and health systems w complex consulting needs, so they can focus on providing quality care to patients - Working with some of the world's top healthcare systems, building meaningful relationships w clientele - Proprietary technology that is lightyears ahead of the market - Management and leadership are full of hardworking, highly knowledgeable subject matter experts that are always willing to help. - Hire and promote from within; not unusual to work with folks that have been with us 10-20 and even 30+ years!

Cons

- Not enough case studies or marketing material highlighting our long history of success. - The sales/contracting cycle for hospitals and health systems can be very long and bureaucratic (not a con of jzanus, but rather of the industry at large)
