If you are thinking of joining this place, just be prepared to walk into a circus controlled by owners who act like everyone should worship them for simply showing up. The environment feels fake from the moment you see how certain people are favored while the rest are left to deal with the chaos. It sets the tone for how uneven and draining everything becomes. Supervisors shift from being friendly to yelling in seconds, usually over things they never bothered to understand. Trust is nonexistent, and you can feel the suspicion hanging in the air every time they look over your shoulder. It wears you down faster than the actual workload. The overtime is constant because leadership has no idea how to plan or manage the day. They pile on tasks and then act surprised when people fall behind, yet they still refuse to offer even a small bit of appreciation. Compliance issues get brushed aside too, and that adds a whole different level of stress no one needs. You end up stuck in a cycle where you do your best but feel completely invisible, while those in their inner circle get every pass possible. It is the kind of place that drains your patience, your energy, and any hope of real growth. Honestly, I just wish I hadn’t wasted my time here in the first place.
