The health insurance, I guess, if you manage to stay sane long enough to use it.

Cons

After a very short stint with this company, I can honestly say it was a relief when I resigned. It's a very toxic environment. I've never seen a place so obsessed with control while pretending to care about its people. Direct management and executive leadership are a joke. They watch every move like hawks, and God forbid you step outside for a breather. The constant tension and fake smiles could drain the happiest person alive. They claim to value teamwork, but all you get is gossip, favoritism, and manipulation. Managers remind you that your job isn't safe every chance they get. If you want to develop a career stay away from this company at all cost.
