There are handfuls of employees who are good to work with.

Cons

Top management nitpicks and gets way too involved. There are financial obligations (tuition reimbursement, raises, childcare benefits, bonuses) that are promised and put into writing but delayed indefeintely or not paid at all - no explainations given. There is an air of disatisfaction throughout the employees and makes for toxic culture from the very top all the way down.

Managers and management at their WORST! Worked there a year and never saw a cent in compensation because they know graduate students are desperate. Junior researchers are underpaid, undervalued and overworked. Run from this job, don't walk or get out as fast as you can. Your pay will never improve no matter how hard you work.
