I'd be lying if I even said anything remotely positive about KVK Tech. It's that horrible here.

Cons

Managers are two-faced liars who gaslight employees into thinking that they're incompetent when in reality, the managers themselves cause a majority of problems we have to put up with. We're forced to work longer hours without any extra pay in order to "make-up" for our mistakes, but it's just a thinly veiled excuse to get us to work more for free.

Stability, very rarely do they fire someone.

Cons

Micromanagement to the fullest. Lower Pay scale, new hires paid more than employees. Bonuses never received. Childcare benefits not received. Employee turnover rate is high (employees quitting)

There are handfuls of employees who are good to work with.

Cons

Top management nitpicks and gets way too involved. There are financial obligations (tuition reimbursement, raises, childcare benefits, bonuses) that are promised and put into writing but delayed indefeintely or not paid at all - no explainations given. There is an air of disatisfaction throughout the employees and makes for toxic culture from the very top all the way down.
