The work environment is amazing, love working here. Management is great, salary was wonderful, and I could not ask for better co-workers. They are always open to new ideas and how to improve the business. Interesting projects and research. People here are true professionals. Fun, diverse, and collaborative culture. Be at the forefront of medical technology and make positive, impactful effects on medical/healthcare. Tons of employee resources. Management focuses on employee development. Employees are valued in multiple ways.

At first I thought it would be another customer service position. Got the opportunity to work as a customer service and sales representative with KVK. The training here is amazing. It's not your run-of-the-mill job that only gets you to handle customer complaints or sales inquiries. As part of the customer support team, I get to talk and work with pharmacies and distributors. Great place to pick up some people and communication skills. Competitive pay, great benefits, happy to be part of this company.

Cons

Management forces employees to do things without giving proper reasons or justifications. They always favor customers regardless of how the employees are treated. The work environment is toxic, and the pay isn't even at least the industry average.
