Pros

A diverse workplace where performance is valued. Good benefits. I find the training program useful. Work-life balance is nice. My direct manager is a knowledgeable person who provides ample guidance and support. Communication with other departments is effective. The overall atmosphere is positive, and I think that’s because we have a dedicated and goal-oriented team on board.

Cons

It’s an innovative company, so continuous professional growth is required.

Pros

An amazing team of people to work with. Effective management. The pay is decent and the benefits are nice. After years of experience in the biotech, I found exciting opportunities to grow here. No frustrating and useless meetings that prevent me from accomplishing my daily tasks. It's easy to stay concentrated on my priorities. Our management puts a lot of effort into keeping people motivated and happy.

Cons

I can't think of any big cons. If you're a good specialist willing to work in a team and develop your professional skills, you will enjoy great career opportunities here.

Pros

Competitive salary; nice bonuses; very structured in its processes; and positive atmosphere. The management is respectful and they readily listen to our concerns and do their best to find effective solutions. Great work/life balance. The culture of teamwork is superior.

Cons

It's a growing company and there are areas we need to refine and improve further. But, it's a continuous process and I'm glad to see the entire team is working towards accomplishing our goals.
