Cons

KVK Tech offers nothing positive because every moment spent here was miserable. Leadership is shockingly terrible, filled with people who have no skills, no vision, and no ability to guide anyone. Incompetence dominates every decision, and the leadership contributes nothing but frustration and failure to the company.

- Work here ONLY if you've hit bottom to buy yourself time to move on - Know that better is out there - US based Manufacturer of needed medicines

Cons

- Micromanagement - SUB Standard benefits - Have done nothing to their headquarters since overtaking it from a previous pharmaceutical company over a decade ago...just moved in and maintain it since its inception - Remember that HR is there to protect the company NOT the employees even though unfair practices are happening - Management wears multiple hats - " Jack of all trades" management, skilled at none. Not enough skilled people to carry out impactful solutions or relevant change. That costs money. - More turnover than a tossed salad 🥗 - Good intentions but no follow through
