Sense of security and stability, which is great. I have excellent coworkers and very competent managers who are always there to help. Hands-on experience and skill improvement. The job involves dealing with lab data and reports and making sure they’re accurate and meet standards. Competitive pay.

Cons

You must have a good eye for detail.
