Since receiving this comment in 2014 KVK Tech has made many strides in addressing both the pros and cons you shared with us. We have developed a mentor program to help new employees (not just entry level) assimilate into our culture, we have developed both internal and external training program to enhance our management training skills and have invested in our employees development by provide English as a second language training right here at our facility. Additionally, we have filled key management roles as part of our long term growth strategy.
