Awesome people. Lots to learn about. Great for Bio and Chem interns. I enjoyed learning all of the different areas of testing in the lab. My mentor did a great job at showing me all the different jobs in the lab. Raw Materials people are the best!!

Cons

It took some time to understand accents of certain employees.

They provide employment without knowing about persons Qualification

They give benefits as per law,like vacation and sick leave.They ask you to sign contract which is like within 300 miles you cant work for 2 years in pharma company. If you are H1 they have to pay back $25000 to company if they want leave. As per advisor every thing is fine why you need contract to sign why u not keep employment at will. How many employees face lawsuit by company in last 12 years?

We try to take the financial challenges off of the candidate by covering all costs including relocation, transportation, processing fees, legal fees and all employee and family benefits. Additionally, KVK Tech pays market salaries plus bonus. We do follow the Pennsylvania employment at will law. In situations in which the company invests significant upfront onboarding cost we do asks our employees for a commitment to the company similar to industry wide tuition reimbursement policies.

place to work for forks who do not have any degree and experience.

They have very bad work culture. Let me explain more. they will make you sign non compete agreement and employment at will. It means they can leave you anytime but you can not leave them and they will misuse this agreement by sending you legal notice. I was offer 10$ per hour which was very low. Still I accept offer, and after working 4 month I feel exhausted. It's a mandatory overtime every Saturday, Sunday. So I decided to leave and find better work. Once I quite, they send me legal notice that I am obligate to non compete clause. So be careful when you apply to this company. Working at this company mean you creating hurdle for your career. I heard they give many problem (legal problem) to their employee, specially when leave. Once you work here, its very hard to apply other place because you don't have time to apply.
