Great culture! Lots of organised sporting teams and fun run events. Staff drinks every fortnight and a great overall office vibe.

Cons

Global company comes with some obstacle sometimes approval processes are slow and not a lot of flexibility in regards to overseas secondments or travel to meet with fellow team members in other areas of the globe.
