Pros

Colleagues are generally very friendly and easy-going. Not as highly stressful compared to first-tier US firms. Partners are quite open to discussion and easy to approach. Met interesting colleagues there who later became personal friends.

Cons

Compensation not as good as comparable firms. Difficult to get exposure to or establishing stable working relationship with partners aside from your own supervising one. Lack of real "international" firm environment. High turnover rate.

Cons

Size of the firm creates many client conflicts; ratio of men to women needs extreme improvement; Poor women and minority retention within the firm; Firm culture is a bit cold and employee morale is not the greatest.
