Flexibility in the location, less stress as related to daily commute, financial strain of automobile maintenance and fueling, and caring for family.

Cons

Low wages for experienced teachers, excessive meetings, and paperwork. Teachers are expected to teach 2 or 3 preps, meet with students 20 hours per week, there is no room for effective planning, excessive testing too.

-The company works with you on your scheduling. If there is a conflict with the scheduling they help you meet or accommodate your needs. -I get to work with enrollment, helping families get their kids enrolled successfully

Cons

-Needing to backfill positions so we arent struggling when it comes time for busy season
