Projects are relatively small scale. Upscaling requires a lot of integration which customers are not always happy with

Positive working place, with great projects, but low salary.

Pros

Great projects, local and international, good team, options to self-teach, if there is time available. Good understanding of superiors.

Cons

Lots of travel can be stressful, self booking hotels, travel tickets, takes too much time, projects can be rolling with high paced tempo.

Great vision around product and delivering quality of services. There is a renewed focus on existing customers which is great.

Cons

The different divisions have joined together far more than they ever have before but there is still more to do. Once complete K3 will be awesome.
