Decent Holidays. Regular social events for team building. Bi-yearly Bonuses. Benefits packages, including health, financial and well-being. Career progression. Friendly and knowledgeable work colleagues. Relaxed and nurturing work environment. Flexible working times if needed. Good management style. Share incentive.

Cons

Building layout sometimes leads to "cliques" forming. Cross department knowledge sharing is sometimes lacking leading to silos of knowledge. Training is available but you have to hunt it out.
