Worked with some exception people. Had the opportunity to take exams and further my skills. Was able to do work outside my remit without it being forced on me.

Cons

Group and upper management don't know what they're doing. What's worse is that their bad practice ultimately hits us the hardest. While the Dynamics practice was going into insolvency we had no warning, no support, no answers to our questions. All of a sudden it felt like a company which acts like it empowers their employees has completely left us adrift. We had no support from group. They refused to extend the deadline for administration. They've done so many things which completely challenge their core principles.

Some incredibly clever and intelligence fellow staff Some managers to do a good job in trying to support a good work life/balance Renumeration is reasonable, but this could be due to the fact that once our company was acquired our existing terms had to be transferred

Cons

No Career Progression No Training No Review Process Redundancies, Redundancies and wait for it more Redundancies Management do not care about the customer or necessary staffing levels essential to maintain any type of customer service to our existing and new customer base Incompetent Management have tunnel vision about only 1 core technology they know about on Businesses they have acquired Some incredibly arrogant staff inherited from the original K3 business

Cons

CEO with total lack of empathy. He announced that 130 people were to be made redundant in a pre-recorded, expressionless, 2 minute video, firstly announcing that he had managed to obtain £6m of funding and then that the whole Dynamics division was going into administration.
