Pros

Sandwich man was good quality and good value. Coffee machine Cleaners were good Car park and grounds nicely maintained

Cons

Not interested, let alone passionate about their customers Do not see the benefits of looking after their employees in any of the following areas: salary wise, training, self improving, goals, work / life balance, bullying is rife and overlooked. bonuses (what's that?), lack of trust in their employees. No clear career path structure. Old school environment - who you know not what you know. Over process driven and rife with pointless bureaucracy. Revenue driven not people driven. Only care about the numbers. No clear company message or identity.

Struggle to think of any Pro's.

Cons

Senior management only interested in the bottom line. Not interested in staff. Work here and be prepared to be lied to. Do not appreciate staff at all. No loyalty to long term staff.
