Pros

* Great work-life balance. Hours are decent and lots of flexibility for working from home, personalised working hours, etc. * Awesome benefits for healthcare, travel, entertainment, food and drinks. * People are great. Intelligent and fun.

Cons

* No regular pay reviews. So don't expect a payrise ever. * People are relaxed but some have become complacent and management seem to turn a blind eye to this. * As it's a medium sized firm so career progression is rare.
