Pros

Great culture. Everyone is hard-working and dedicated, but knows how to have fun and help one another. Their is a strong feeling of empowerment.

Cons

The interview process is really hard for software developers, quants, and traders. They give everyone a tremendous amount of responsibility. While good, the workload can be demanding.
