      Employees are nice. Knowledge is lacking. Not a lot of experience overall.

      Cons

      They will fire you for no good reason. Once they do they will say you quit? This will delay for months any kind of help from unemployment.

      Low stress, great co-workers, easy to learn

      Cons

      discrimination between office staff and field crew, Vice president is hot headed and will fire anyone on a whim. doesn't matter how long you've been working there you could get fires/layed off at any time
