Remember what high school was like? Well this place is just like that. There are so many “cliques” in this company, if you do not fit into one you will not last. The feeling of “Family” is pushed so much and this place is far from a family because you will fear for your job constantly. You are told you’re able to work remotely if sick but it’s an issue if you do. Management wants thing done a certain way but you are never trained correctly. Everyone in there has a different way of doing things and no matter what you turn in it will be wrong to a degree. Supervisors will throw you under the bus if things do not go their way. The turnover rate in this place is insane, I have seen at least 40 people come and go in my time at KCW and it wasn’t long. If you put in your two week notice you will be terminated unless you are in a clique that worships upper management. Outside fundraising events are pushed on you so much that you feel like it’s mandatory to donate or to volunteer. Management will take up two parking spaces but if an employee parks incorrectly they’re made to move their vehicle. Supervisors talk down to certain people working under them. When a negative review is posted online it’s discussed and you are asked numerous times to leave positive reviews.

I will warn anyone considering becoming employed with KCW or thinking about doing business with KCW to seriously avoid doing so! This company has the tendency of doing some very immoral and shady things behind the scenes and using threats and gaslighting to manipulate their employees into doing what they want. They like to put up a facade and make false promises but they never follow through with them. They say what you want to hear on order to entice you to work there or do business with them. I've worked at this company and I've seen the immoral and greedy things they have done. I've seen and heard some disgusting things that shows how greedy and power hungry they can be. This company makes these glorious claims of caring about their employees and caring about this community but I can assure you they do not. The partners and management teams greed can certainly be seen and it's apparent they are far more worried about living a lavish lifestyle then their employees progression in their careers or the employees families quality of life. You're concerns are completely disregarded. They say the care and the HEAR you but they do not LISTEN! If you speak up too much and make it apparent that you are unhappy with a situation or that they are doing things in an unprofessional or immoral way OR that you are in an unsafe position. you WILL be threatened to do as your told and be quiet OR you will be terminated without any warning at all. They have costs hundreds of thousands of dollars in mistakes on projects due to negligence and lack of accuracy and professionalism. Their hire/fire percentage is thru the roof. This can mean one of two things. One, they are terrible at knowing what to look for in a person applying for the position (highly unlikely) or they dont care for their employees and if you dont fall in line and do exactly as your told wether it is doing something illegal or immoral, you are TERMINATED!!!! The men and women working in the field are treated so poorly. You have no rights, your voice does not matter and you are easily replaced. I highly warn people looking for a intern position to avoid this place at all costs! They do not care about your future, they just say that to get you to fill a position they need until you are no longer of use and thrown away. Also, if you ever leave this company by being terminated, they will not cooperate with the DLLR when it comes to unemployment benefits. They will avoid any and all mailed forms or phone calls needed to varify information about your time employed at the company. Overall, they don't care about their employees but will tell you what you want to hear. The less you speak up and the more you fall in line and do what your said the safer you are. Your opinion doesn't matter! They do not care about you as a person or your career or your families! They do not care about doing the best job they can! Money is there only care. You are just an employee number and easily replaced! DO NOT WORK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
