I have never worked somewhere that cares as much as KCW. The Executive Team really cares about the employees, and they want to offer things that the employees want. The employees all get along and are very friendly. There are many after-hours events and parties. Work-life balance is respected, especially for parents. You can move up quickly if you work hard.

I have been with KCW for over 15 years and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. KCW leadership is employee centered, you are more than just a number, you are apart of the KCW family! Great work/life balance, opportunity for advancement and fair compensation.
