This is a company that is truly dedicated to its employees and knows how to treat them right and more importantly MAKES THEM WANT TO STAY! In a field where people constantly change employers, you won't find that here. The majority of employees have and continue to work here for 5+ plus years. The reason why? It's because they are happy! No demanding schedules, no extensive overtime, no overbearing and yelling bosses, and no negative work culture, etc. It is refreshing to work at a job that truly understands the importance of making your employees happy.
