Friendly and dedicated CEO. There are many new initiatives, so a lot of opportunity for additional responsibility and growth. I learned a lot from my direct manager as well.

Cons

Projects often need many layers of approvals.

The social mission, the quality of the product, the brand and the people.

Cons

Processes and tools not meeting the fast-growth of the company so a lot of manual/hands-in tasks when could be optimised. In progress though!
