Not always the best at communicating. Focus on scaling rather than success.

Salary was good and coaching opportunities can sometimes occur.

Cons

No work life balance. Principals play favorites and there is a feeling that data is the only thing that matters. Culture is also extremely toxic with principals asking employees for personal information about other employees.
