      Pros

      Kipp is pretty decent because you will find amazing people at every KIPP campus. Admin and upper level support is typical for a school, and I don't see any issue with the way they run the KIPP facilities.

      Cons

      Some of the language around covid has been confusing. However, I believe that this is just a confusing time in general. The hours are pretty long, easily you will work 50+ hours a week. This includes unneccesary or redudant PD sessions. Finding a good balance will be hard at first, but once you get the hang of your routines and procedures you will be okay. And particularly, the CTR pay can be increased.
