      Amazing colleagues, students, and community in elementary school. Good benefits and yearly signing bonus. Trust in Executive Director and Principal.

      Cons

      Large class sizes, staffing problems that lead to teachers covering for other classes and losing prep time, longer than average school days. No time for parent communication built into schedule. Emphasis on purely academic skills rather than balance with social and emotional learning.

      You get to learn a lot and the team is always supporting you with whatever you need help with. You also meet with your manager every week which is really nice.
