-Salary is decent for the area -They give opportunities to many -Conscious of their environment -Affirming and Welcoming -The students make it all worth it -Growing and acknowledging others food their work ethic

Cons

-PDs can get overwhelming and at times unnecessary -Subgroups among grades -Still fairly new and learning positive affirmations for staff and students -The work load is insane after hours can interfere with home life a lot -Quick Deadlines not enough time to regroup -Go with the flow nothing is set and stone and schedules constantly changes

Always trying to improve. Built in curriculum if that's what you like. Teachers and staff are all in. Decent behavior support; getting better each year

Cons

Sometimes overbearing with expectations. Not much room for creativity in built in curriculum. Hard work and high expectations.
