Pros

Great opportunity for growth within organization.

Cons

Overworked and undervalued. Also was told that since I wanted to have a child I should take a step back from leadership.

Thank you for your feedback. You have worked with KIPP for quite some time and we value your contribution and impact. Our mission is to create a joyful, academically excellent schools and you play a major role in that. Although we hope everyone has enjoyed their time at KIPP, we know that the pandemic and the educational landscape has impacted students and staff alike in various ways. We are interested to hear about the con you named. This is something that should have been brought to light to our wonderful HR team. Your con named that you were discouraged from leadership because of a personal goal. This is disheartening if true. We have several leaders in schools and in the regional office with growing families. Once again our HR team will help provide any support and ensure an equitable environment for you to grow. Wishing your new journey all the best! Thank you for your work in the past 6 years!
