Pros

While the salary wasn't the highest I've seen, it was enough to support myself comfortably.

Cons

It's impossible not to compare your company's social media presence to competitors'. Seeing other brands with larger followings or more engaement can make you feel like you're constantly playing catch-up.

There are truly a few great people, who work there who attempt to do what's right.

Cons

Very low compensation, no increase in salary for so many years of service, very low chance of promotion. Company would rather hire anew employee for the job with high salary rather than promoting a tenured employee with the capabilities of the job and has an edge regarding in workplace environment and experience. The management isn't good , fight to survive, you're welcome to try.

Communication has always been a difficult task with the CEO. She never listens and always gets what she wants. She has awful ways of manipulation, and lying, and is a control freak! Beware with this woman!
