No benefits here so don't work for them!

Cons

Oh, joy! Get ready to stifle your creative genius because here, they love their brand guidelines more than they love fresh ideas. Your creativity is like a wild stallion, and they want to lock it up in a stable. Their overreliance on rigid brand guidelines felt like a cage, imprisoning my artistic spirit. It wasn't long before my once vibrant passion turned into utter contempt. The stifling environment and the constant disapproval of my work were simply intolerable.

I met some great people along the way who want to help you accomplish your goals, however...this leads me to my cons.

Cons

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after seeing all these negative reviews and I only have myself to blame for that. You will not have a life. Working 12 hours a day burns you out. Those that aren't burnt out get let go for dubious "performance" reasons. All of the amazing people I've met left within a year due to the toxic nature of this company.

I find immense satisfaction in assisting our customers, making me feel like I've landed my ideal job. The compensation package is also commendable. Our managers lead by example, instilling a passion for our work. The workflow is streamlined, devoid of any micromanagement, allowing for a collaborative experience, especially with seasoned sales professionals.
