Pros

They crafted a decent benefits program to lure people. But it has failed because people know the harsh reality now!

Cons

The management is distracted and not focused enough. They don't realize that the employees are stressed and need help. It was awful to work long, brutal, and exhasuting hours for goals and stil have no support when I achieved them. I think the top management needs to re-work on their leadership skills as they are doing a poor job and are often unavailable.

If you face good clients, then it's not so bad. But that's the only best case scenario.

Cons

Thanks to the awful management, my co-workers and I were all stressed and exhausted. We are all overloaded with responsibilities that shouldn't be ours, and we are all forced to work brutally long hours. The role creep is terrible because employees can't really complain as the managers will just ignore you if you do.

This company has a hostile and depressing environment. You won't learn much because of the intense pressure and stress, and you'll be too busy being overwhelmed with work. What makes the workplace toxic is the awful attitude of the management and its lack of support. The managers are also unapproachable most of the time.
