Pros

Benefits are the best around, free lunch, smart coworkers and great teamwork. Plenty of work HH and events to connect with coworkers aka friends.

Cons

Like any firm it has its hierarchy politics and upper management doesn’t always hear what you are saying, but overall they do a good job.

Good lunches, great co-workers, decent pay. Office is pretty nice, but focus on the cons.

Cons

Too many old people doing nothing, earning the big pay checks. You get promoted every year or two, but your responsibilities will never change.
