After leaving KKR, speaking negatively seems to come with the risk of losing your vested stocks. With that in mind, here’s a list of the positives: - CTO Ruchir Swarup is competent and knowledgeable, not clueless in his daily responsibilities. - The CTO is not only hiring friends or people with personal ties. - Engineering Managers are not playing favoritism and promoting their own race. - The workplace is definitely NOT toxic.

-Standout performers are truly exceptional and inspiring to work for and alongside -Beautiful offices, great benefits -Management makes an effort to be transparent and responsive, committed to DEI initiatives

Cons

-Most of the workforce joined in last 2 years and quality of many recent hires is not the same as it used to be -Core culture of accountability, excellence, and 'like and trust' has noticeably diminished -Everyone is expected to be 'always on' and hyper-responsive which is exciting, but can be intense
