No work life balance, mediocre compensation, no vision, more about politics than performance lately. Maturing industry, declining opportunities. Senior management show very little vision beyond cost-cutting. Very poorly structured company. Acquisitions poorly integrated. More opportunity for people from acquired companies than current employees. Use of inane and incompetent consultants to make decisions that executive staff should make ( i.e. spans and layers, RIF communication consultants. ) HR is a joke... pushing to get rid of all experienced employees and replace with junior employees.

Low-level management is has many over-inflated, underacheiving egos who talk big and do little. Senior management and executives are smart and talented but there is much pettiness and just plain stupidity among the low-level managers. There is a blue-collar-risen-through-the-ranks-but-undereducated-chip-on-on-the-shoulder attitude among the management of the a particular division.
