Pros

The company hires primarily on referrals. Everyone gets along well and the company has high values and moral conduct. Expanding company with opportunities for many fields, with or without healthcare experience. The founders of the company are strict on their vision and idea for the company and it is privately held. This means everyone has input into how the company runs and everyone is taken seriously. Work here, no matter how small, is appreciated. Fun family events are held and it is a company that is serious about family and commitment to family-work balance.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end, but benefits and quality of work environment are on the positive side.

KLAS has some really great people that work for them. They strive to do their best and are friendly. Many of them are experts in their space. They also have made some great strides at both improving their diversity and mentoring within the company.

Cons

KLAS’s culture has changed greatly. There has been a shift to focusing on revenue moreso than impacting the market. The sales team has been given unrealistic goals and timelines for the next year and many are expressing frustrations (I am not in a sales role) and many are considering leaving. If this happens KLAS will end up losing as customer data and expertise of employees is really what drives value.
