They have had a mass exodus. A lot of people finally got fed up with the founder and president's way of doing business. The executive team, while really good people, are very slow to make decisions and are not willing to change anything. No matter how hard anybody pleads and suggests certain issues to the executive team nothing will change and several people came to that conclusion within the same time period. The entire tech team is gone. After the director left, the entire team was gone within one month. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Cons

Poor Executive leadership, with very poor levels of Candor and leadership. Horrific pattern of turnover in the Sr. management with ugly separations with litigation.

Demands on the employees are unreasonable. They have fired or gotten rid of 40% of the entire company within the past 2 years. Every week I was told by my manager that I was going to be fired. This went on for a year before I was let go. I
