      Company Culture is contagious, incredibly smart people, battle tested project managers that keep clients coming back to us over and over again, one of a kind products and services that easily differentiate us in a crowded space. CEO with open door policy who is consistently and unconditionally accessible to every employee no matter the time or day of the week. Outstanding benefits package.

      Pros

      Passion for clients and service delivery. The company will go above and beyond to accommodate any/all client expectations. The commitment to improve every process. Always evolving, never settling. Commitment to the company culture and the "team" mentality. No matter someone's role or level of management (including executive management and the CEO), everyone is expected and generally happy to contribute to any task or project. Every member of the team pitches in to get things done. This company genuinely cares about its employees. Thoughts and ideas on improvement/scaling are not only welcome but encouraged. The CEO makes personal phone calls to almost every employee in the organization. That individual treatment doesn't happen anywhere else, let alone this industry.

      I love the company culture and values. These are not just words on a card or board, they are instilled in each new employee and continue to be discussed and referred to throughout your career. I have strong support for the CEO and his commitment to each and every employee.
