      Benefits were ok but not great

      Management in VA does not communicate with their employees. They have downsized their MN location significantly and you have no idea if you will have a job in the next 6 months

      LDiscovery!? Krolldiscovery!? KLDiscovery?! at a glimpse.

      Pros

      Fellow employees and direct management. Up to 5% match on 401k contributions. Health/Dental with HSA/FSA. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Pay- has always been on the lower end of the spectrum and a lot of times, not even average for employees. Even with a promotion(more like a title change), you still won't get a significant pay increase. Nepotism- close friends and family tend to get promoted faster. Their mistakes are also overlooked by upper management and the blame falls on to others. Clients- most of the clients are attorneys, which equates to a very high demanding, degrading at times, and often rushed work environment. Upper Management- tend to overlook being understaffed, which leads to disgruntled employees who are not well compensated for their hours of being worked to the bone.
