RUN FAST FOR YOUR MOTHER RUN FAST FOR YOUR FATHER RUN FOR SANITY
Pros
The only Pro I can think of is working from home, but is it really a pro if you're expected to work 24 hours of the day and not have anytime to do basic household necessities or extracurriculars...I'll let you be the judge of that.
Cons
Just when you thought slavery was over KLD comes tapping on your shoulder in the form of modern slavery. If you have kids, a social life, or like to breathe this is not the job for you. If you like to be in a constant state of stress and panic this is the job for you. -No work life balance -Upper Management does not know how to communicate with staff (yell at you via teams) -No standards or requirements for clients so management will go days/weeks without any communication from clients and once they do things need to be turned around in less than 24 hours -No formal job specific training, but lots of HR training on how not to open spam emails -Older workforce that's holding them back from adapting to the changing and current workforce (hence why they spend most of their money on arbitrary HR trainings) -Overworked and underpaid -Cannot keep up with the workload because they're understaffed -Terrible culture, expect you to be on call without on call pay or any overtime pay or comp time -Disorganized and inconsistent with standards and requirements for their employees
