Cons

The better you are at your job, the more management will take advantage of you. Bad pay, no work life balance, and terrible culture.

Pros

The benefits 401k & PTO is wonderful

Cons

They don't really care about their employees. There are no work life balance. They continuously wants you to work remotely in the morning and & late at night. They don't even care if you a have personal issues you have to deal with. The micromanagement should not be a thing. they don't trust their employees at all. It is not enough pay to be working this hard. The lack of communications from upper management and so much drama is unnecssary
