      None there is nothing good about this place

      Cons

      The executive team is condescending and unappreciative of any accomplishments that a salesperson does. They treat the BD organization like junior salespeople even though we are all experienced. It is a toxic environment and no one wants to question anything since we are all nervous that if we raise a red flag we will be fired. accounts are taken away without being told and the rules do not apply to everyone.

      Pros

      We get free pop & coffee. 401k match is okay, but gone down in recent years. Healthcare is pretty good, but employee costs have increased.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic environment I've ever experienced. The company does not set standards for teams or employees, or if they do, they don't communicate them. There's no definition of what success looks like besides making money. Reviews are an assessment of what management thinks of you, not how well you've done your work. There are a lot of great companies in the space. This isn't one of them.
